As MACOI continues to grow, we understand training and development is vital to our continued performance and improvement in the marketplace. And today, some of our team are enjoying an induction morning as they embark on their journey to completing a level 2 NVQ, in ‘Fitted Interiors’ with the professional help and guidance of Matt Rawson from the Construction Skills People.

This NVQ combined with existing green CSCS cards will enable our team to achieve a blue skilled CSCS status which is recognised by contractors nationwide. Benefits of this qualification also ensures our team has received appropriate training including Health and Safety and construction regulations.
