After a couple of months of indulgence, the MACOI admin ladies have decided to sign up and do some exercise for charity and participate in the Pretty Muddy course.

Pretty Muddy isn’t like any other fundraising event, it's a muddy obstacle course that women of any ability can climb over, crawl under, and charge through whilst raising valuable funds for Cancer Research UK.

Whilst we figure out what is more difficult between the actual obstacle course and becoming mud free again afterwards, we will post some more updates and share our fundraising page.
