Mulberry UTC is a new University Technical College based in Tower Hamlets, London which is being established by Mulberry School for Girls (part of the Mulberry Schools trust).

Project Management Service including:
- Tender process completed
- Space planning & design
- Detailed installation and delivery schedule
- Detailed risk and method statements

The exciting new build was constructed and developed by industry leading, Wates Construction, who have a long-standing history of ‘designing and delivering’ exemplar facilities across all types of education environments.

As an official approved Wates Construction supplier, MACOI were invited to tender and were successfully tasked to refurbish multiple areas within the School.

The vision for the new build was to design a modern space that was clean and co-ordinated.

Vibrant and eye-catching furniture was carefully selected from some of the UK’s largest Office and Educational Furniture manufacturers to refurbish:

- Classrooms
- Breakout Areas
- Dining Hall
- Library

MACOI provided a complete design package, working in partnership with the College and Wates to meet all building requirements, pre-agreed budgets and ensuring the furniture refurbishment was ready for the College to open its doors to students during September 2017.
