Working in partnership with Urban&Civic Plc and Stepnell, MACOI were thrilled to be involved in the refurbishment of the brand new flagship school in Houlton, Rugby, following a successful tender award to source, supply and deliver loose furniture throughout the school.

Stepnell are construction specialists who have a proven track record in creating innovative learning spaces that truly enhance student experiences.

The Brief:

As part of our full project management service, Contract Manager Steve Robinson attended site visits, prepared inspirational design plans and sourced furniture from some of the UK’s largest and most prestigious educational furniture manufacturers including classroom tables, classroom chairs, soft seating, storage and staffroom furniture.

The school and construction team had a strong vision of what they wanted and together we have transformed the new school into a fresh, inspirational and exciting learning environment that students and staff can be proud of.
