As Facilities Managers to the PFI School, Pinnacle invited MACOI to source the replacement of purpose-built washroom units that could incorporate the reuse of existing plumbing, sinks, flooring, decoration, and accessories as part of the School's life cycle refurbishment programme.

MACOI were appointed project managers, and as part of a complete ‘turnkey’ service, we provided the integral design of the vanity units that ensured all the pipework was safely and securely covered, complete with a full site survey and the removal of existing materials. We sourced the supply from the original washroom providers, and our interior contractor installed the bespoke units in a boys' and girls' toilet area within the school.

The programme of works was successfully completed over the course of a half-term holiday to ensure minimal disturbance to the School and its pupils.
